It’s come about so quickly.
Just a few short weeks ago, Michael, Ben and I were talking about #legoseriousplay and we came up with the crazy idea of putting on a free, virtual event that would bring #LSP

Hi everyone. I’m going to be doing a couple of LSP breakout sessions as part of a larger one day offsite/conference on career development for internal people at a university here in Canada in March. Not all participants will be attending my sessions.
I’ve been asked the following: We would like to order 300 window kits for the conference as a…[Read more]

Hola Andrés.
Yo tampoco conozco material disponible en español. Seguro que en la certificación que vas a realizar ya te aportarán el manual. Yo me certifiqué con Lucio Margulis y así fue. Un abrazo. -

Hi Richard
Well…this is actually my field, the main reason i took the course as LSP facilitator was to apply it to urban planning, urban design and formulation of urban public policies.
The key question it´s “¿whats the goal or objective to achieve?”, ¿they want to do an urban or strategic plan?, a public policy?, ¿they want to share and val…[Read more]

Hi Mathias,
In this case, if i were in charge of designing the workshop, i would do the following.
1) 40 / 45 minutes warm up
2) 40 / 45: Where are we now? (and here you can customize the open question such as “How do i see communication and collaboration at….”)
3) 40 / 45: Where would we like to be in X time? (a year, 10 years?)

Hi Priscilla, sounds like this company has a supply chain problem. If that is really the case, I doubt the solution to the crisis lies within the walls of the company. Therefore it may be useful to ask your client if one or more of their suppliers should participate in the workshop.
Also, I hope the company doesn’t just want to use the LSP method…[Read more]
