If that is really the case, I doubt the solution to the crisis lies within the walls of the company. Therefore it may be useful to ask your client if one or more of their suppliers should participate in the workshop.

I think you got in hands a huge opportunity to design, prototype and test new tools and workshops.

Andy, my group was 10 people. I think that’s about an ideal size and if you have more, I’d split them into groups so that you don’t have to wait too long to hear all the stories.
