you’ve done great with this person. Please let us know how it works out. As the other colleagues said, they are more prepared than we are. And I think that it really helps us, as facilitators, to understand better the power of metaphore and story-telling……………… maybe, because I myself am so bad at building, that I always trust the other 2 skills. Thanks for your love!

hi Safak, nice challenge ahead. It never happened to me, but I guess you have to stress metaphore and story-telling, as the complementary skills to building. It should go ok, I think.

hi Enrique, I’m Patricia from Buenos Aires. I’d like to be part of it, and learn from the results, as well.
    Many thanks

    hi Alan,

sharing my own experience during my training, I have to admit the final step surprised me. It was the time to create whatever we wanted, and most people re-created a car.

So it made me think that we need to be careful when giving instructions and working references, in order to prevent us from directing the participant’s work in one direction or another.

I would suggest that you try “next year’s super car”, and then move directly to “from the transport market to new fields”, proposing a creative set of options to inspire their work.

Hope it helps. I’d love to know the results of your work, afterwards.
    regards,
    Patricia

    hola Carlos,

I once made the audience build the duck, using the Window exploration bag. Do they have the chance to share their observations? This is the richest part.

Then, since I had time, I made them “customize” the duck and then asked randomly to explain how this customised duck meant “the economic crisis”, “the ecological aircraft”, for the public to use their hidden knowledge. You have to use whatever is meaningful for your audience, obviously.

Hope it gives you a better idea.

    saludos,
    Patricia

Hi Josué. IF you mean the products, you can buy them in Europe or the US.
