Hi Danny,
I think Francine’s ideas are great.
A few years ago I had to design and facilitate a worksop to help a tech startup better collaborate after being acquired by a tech giant. The CEO’s main concern at the time was seeing an increasing level of silo mentality. So the workshop focused on two main elements trust and collaboration in an agi…[Read more]

Hola Alejandro,
Great initiative! Although I didn’t call it brand, I designed quite few workshops that focused on personal identity. I saw it more as a piece of a greater puzzle. What makes an organization, is a collection of teams, and what constitutes a team, is a collection of individuals. So designed a workshop I would offer to e…[Read more]

Thanks for this great article Marko. I’ve been an LSP facilitator for almost 5 years. But I’ve been only using it as a tool for my leadership and strategy workshops, when appropriate. Most of the workshops I’v

Hello Forum,
I’ll be facilitating a 2-day workshop in 3 weeks and I was wondering given my context if LSP could work. So here’s the context.
The group, composed of 16 participants from different business units, has been working together for many years, to address a specific market segment in their industry. Last year they’ve defined and aligned…[Read more]

Indeed. I have the same questions. But we need to make sure that we understand the exact meaning of the word “assessment” here. So Parag, can you please elaborate:
– Will this be an individual task or a group task? Will people use LSP together or alone?
– Who will assess? The participants? Will they assess themselves or each other?
– How would…[Read more] -

Hi Parag,
What I have done occasionally during a workshop is using 10×1-pin LEGO plates for measurements (see the image) to assess the agreement/disagreement with the shared model buildings or their components. Would this work. Or can you please elaborate – you might have something else in mind?

Happy year and thank you very much for your always fast and good response Eli.

Happy Christmas and New year to everyone.
It is permissible for us, being certified facilitators, to train other people (such as psychologists or coaches) to use the methodology for their sessions?
Does the open source enable that possibility?
Thank you.

Let us discuss the recent book of Dan Lyons: “Lab Rats: How Silicon Valley Made Work Miserable for the Rest of Us“. He has started with strong statements on LEGO Serious Play methodology suggesting it is on par with “New Age therapies” that are spreading in organizations and making employees more miserable. What is your take on that critique?
