Thank you very much Eli, the survey software seems to work properly, I will translate it into Spanish and do some modification for the purpose of the workshop achievements and it will be very useful to follow up the facilitator and workshop performance and manage next steps in new innovation workshops.
Cheers

Hi Enrique,
Feel free to send me the survey. I will be glad to collaborate.
As a first response to your question, i would say a 4. Play is a great resource to think out of the box, if the flow you create adjusts to the skilled required to be developed in order to think out of the box.
I wish to say 5, but there are multiple skills that, in some…[Read more]

Hi Juanfra,
This URL is fully shareable and permits multiple answers from the same respondent (not that this has been a challenge in the 6 years since I created it) :-)

I haven’t tested it in years either, while the underlying software (SoGoSurvey) has been upgraded. I don’t expect there to be any problems,…[Read more]

Hi Eli, my name is Juanfra Abad, I am an innovation facilitator and using LSP for my workshops.
It will be a pleasure to use the generic questionnaire that LSP practitioners could customise and send on to their clients in order that the LSP community could gather information about the actual impact.
Thanks in advanced,
Best Regards

Hi Jody,
A few years ago, I actually explored the possibility of using AR/VR and the existing LEGO tools to support the following Work Flow:1. Workshop participants come together in a physical co-located space and build real world tangible models.
2. Workshop facilitator or sponsor photographs/films the model and uploads it into the LEGO…[Read more] -

Looks interesting as the intersection of two different worlds (in this case digital & analog) can always lead to new insights.
Reminds me of AR experiments in my own industry (mapping & data) see e.g. here from Britain’s national mapping agency https://www.ordnancesurvey.co.uk/blog/2018/01/virtual-escape-mapping/ At first it seems ridiculous to…[Read more]

Simply interesting.
AR can (still) not substitute the mind-eye-hand experience of building, experimenting with elements, bringing modules together… I think this is not only romantic, it is definitely more practical and deep learning.
Though, I wait for the moment when VR allows me to walk into a “shared vision model” with a group.
By the…[Read more]

A friend just tweeted this at me:
Could there be remote/virtual LSP possible with something like this?
Is this relevant or simply interesting?

In simple terms: Tell about yourself. tell about a nightmare organisation; so understanding what they didn’t want to happen in their future organisation. Tell about your organisation of the future (values and behaviours). Build the shared model, which resulted in their set of guiding principles i.e. how they will work and behave together in the…[Read more]

My dearest fellow LEGO Serious Play facilitators: I need your help! Together with Edwin de Vos and Peter Westenberg we have the intention to launch a social sort and lease service for LSP kits. To fit that service to the needs of our potential customers (you!) we made this small questionnaire. Will you please leave a response, so we can design our…[Read more]

Hello,
I usually show this movie to highlight to participants the importance of active looking on models:
I was wondering what other public domain movies you use in LSP workshops ?
Thanks,

Hi Alison,
Thanks for you reply… could you tell me how you kept control of the process? How did you manage to let the participants share their story? I am very curious about your approach… at first sight this would be great to use here.

Hi Arjan
I have used LSP with a group of regional directors/managers, each in satellite locations, with different priorities, departments etc. LSP worked very well for them to explain about roles, issues, priorities, how they felt. The outcome was very successful – resulting in a great deal of deeper understanding and respect. I often use an…[Read more]

Hi all,
I am currently working as a business integration manager for a company that has bought two smaller companies… now they asked me (because they know I am a LSP facilitator as well) to design a way of getting to know each other. I am a bit reluctant about this, because I won’t have any control over the way it will be used once…[Read more]
