Does anyone know if there is a slack channel for LSP? I have a colleague that has a question and would like to have a real time conversation.
Thanks in advance,

Dear Belen,
Thanks for your interest in LSP. If you really have no other option than to read a book, I would suggest that you start with “Building a Better Business Using the Lego Serious Play Method” by Per Kristiansen and Robert Rasmussen. However, I personally don’t think that two-dimensional text can do justice to an interactive…[Read more]

i’ve done many sessions with 150 pp, 100 pls, and 120 ppl.
If you have tables of 6, people will breeze through the builds and shares.
You can easily do skillbuilding that is meaningful.
I’ll do a tower, then 30 sec per person share
then mod tower to represent something to do withthe city the meeting is taking place with or where they are from 45…[Read more] -

The booklet I have up at the moment is a single page (double side), Canadian Letter sized piece that goes in with the kits. Affectionately, it’s in the Table for Six format (two teams, A and B, participants 1 to 6). Files are available from my site

Did you find the quality of the faster tables’ models to be of good quality?
The question is whether one table was slower and everyone was faster … then the time given for the activity was too long.
If one table was faster and others were slower, I usually work with the faster table asking them questions or if there’s enough time … I give…[Read more]

The smaller the groups, the smaller the time each group needs to share their stories, the smaller the differences…
Or otherwise: show a large timer, appoint a time keeper, or use a 1, 2 or 3 minute hourglass – that runs while someone is explaining his/her model.

Hi, yesterday I finished a two part workshop to find the improvement values in a company. The workshop had to be split in two sessions because the organisation needed to go on and couldn’t afford to shut down one day (health care). So we decided to split the LEGO Serious Play workshop in two sessions. To facilitate everything we did split the…[Read more]

hey Luca: it’s true – that specific line does not appear in The Republic, or in any of Plato’s other writings. Despite that, I have continued to use it in my workshop introductions, with the modifier of ”
attributed to Plato.”
A Google search reveals thousands of mis-attributions, including from prestigious academic journals.
That does not make…[Read more] -

Hey guys,
I like the quote below very much:
“You can learn more about a person in an hour of play than you can from a lifetime of conversation”
PlatoBut I’ve recently found an issue about it: a few sites state that it is mis-attributed to Plato:
https://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Plato
You Can Discover More About a Person in an Hour of Play than in a Year of Conversation
The quo…[Read more]

Hi Manon,
thank you for your answer.
Actually, what I want is a official list of all the different bricks that are contained in the box, meaning a list with a photograph of the brick and how many pieces are included in the box…This is information is very helpful when we have to re-arrange all pieces to the three kit (Starter, Identity,…[Read more]

I’ve done workshops with parallel tables using the Window Exploration Bag/The Serious Duck, and one of the things that I’ve found valuable for managing parallel tracks is to have bag labels – if you’re laying out 60 tables worth of Window Kits, and those kits come a printed page identifying the participant (Player 1, Player 2 etc), then you can…[Read more]

Hi Nikos,
You could check the inventory list of all sets at LEGO.COM (https://www.lego.com/en-us/service/replacementparts/sale?ignorereferer=true) At Buy Parts you can enter the setnumbers (2000414 and 2000430) and you get a view of all elements in the set, ready to order! I assume these are the lists of the most actual boxes. Hope this is…[Read more]
