A presentation on LSP had a slide with a list of companies that used the method… Swisscom figured as one of them.

But you don’t remember where you saw this presentation? I’m just curious. Obviously, if it was the CAPRESE web site, that would make sense – I’m more interested if other people / organisations refer to it. It enhances one’s credibility if third parties reference one’s work.

hi Patrizia, just a couple of quick thoughts: this is a bit like coaching, you dont need a coaching certificate to do coaching, “it is simple, you just have to ask questions”, but those that have approved certifications somehow do it better. My client is a state-owned development bank and I am sure they would be thrilled to know if that were the case!

Ive done bank of tokyo mitsubishi japan’s largest bank for last 1.5 years. 1 to 2 two day sessions per month.
Also 10 sessions for bank mandiri indonesia’s largest bank which is also state owned.
Also AXA insurance one if worlds largest for 2 sessions last 2 months.-
