There is some catching up to do. Yesterday we created our vision of the changes we would like to make for this community. Our primary goal is to make this website user-friendly. We also will be having Skype conversations with current community members, so that we can get a better insight of the changes they would like to see. We will be creating more content for this site. That includes uploading photos and videos. This current video is our first try, so we hope it turned out well. We also want to stimulate social media, which means creating content for Facebook that will generate discussions about different topics.

This day started with bringing our vision to life. We made a test site so we can try out different ideas that we have for the site. It is not as easy as it might sound. We have to figure out what is needed, where to put it, and how to make it simple enough that people would not get lost on the site. We started with the homepage, About section, and FAQ.

We would like to introduce a member of our team who hasn’t been mentioned before because today was the first time we could actually meet her. Yumiko is a 4th-year student at the University of Tokyo, Japan. Initially, she was planning to join the internship in Tallinn, but unfortunately, she could not due to her studies. However, thanks to great 21-century technology we can communicate via Skype. She is a fun girl with many great ideas.

We had an interesting 1-hour chat where we discussed different ideas and visions on how the web site should look like. Our top concern is that there is lacking activity in social media and web sites. So we are hoping that this post will create some “buzz”. However, who are we to start talking big, we are the new comers.

So here is our request. Tell us what changes would you like to see, and if nothing comes to mind, please tell us how we are doing right now. We have had the opportunity to create new blog posts for a week now. Give us your honest opinion about those.

Wish us luck.

Sayonara!

Hi, some changes to make the site more user friendly is welcome… also it might be a good idea to split the website into two separate parts. One for everyone interested in LSP and one for trained facilitators.

Also it would be nice to have a library with all sort of documents, manuals, ideas etc.

Regards and keep up the good work,
    Arjan

    Hi!

Thank you for your input on this. We are happy to say that we have discussed the same matters and it’s very important for us to get the feedback so we know we are on the right track.

    All the best

    Hi everybody!
I totally agree with Mr. Passenier and I have also a suggestion to make. As a new comer in LEGO Serious Play methodology, it would be very helpful to have access to a library where we could find several topics covered with LSP. I know that each facilitator has its own perspective of creating a workshop roadmap, but I’m sure that it could be very helpful if there was an archive with workshops done. Something like a library of questions asked to build…
    Keep the good work!
    Regards
    Nikos
