Agree with the aboves. How it could work is by modifying the World Cafe method:

Divide into 3 or 4 groups.

Each group builds.. shares and reflects. +/-1 hour

Half of each table then rotates to another table with their Lego and repeats sharing and reflecting with the half of the group left at that table.

Here`s a brief outline for a demo I have done a few times which works (at least for me):

1) One 2×1 red transparent
2) Two 1×4 any color but same as 3)
3) One 2×4 any color
4) One 2×3 curved any color

Thanks for your feedback. I actually had my meeting today with the project sponsor. I was somehow able to convey the merits of conducting an LSP workshop in one day and reducing the number and quality of participants to 10-12; with more higher-level outcome.
