Marko Rillo started the topic What if somebody without formal LEGO SERIOUS PLAY training offers LSP workshops in the forum
Serious Play Pro Forum 10 years, 11 months agoI was recently again pointed to one firm who offers LEGO SERIOUS PLAY workshops, but has not taken formal LEGO SERIOUS PLAY training with any of the senior trainers. So what to think about it?
It would be great to see a debate in this matter. Let me kick off by my own perspective.
I tend to have a democratic stance, based on personal experience.…[Read more]

hi Hugues
I have done this a couple of times, and the most surprising thing is that you do not have to adapt, or at least extremely little. The key difference is in how visually impaired see things, as my sponsor said it “but we see, we just see with our hands”. Thus, give the listeners time to feel the model, before or while the builder is…[Read more]

Hi Manuel, thanks for your post regarding the sorting bricks issue. I live in Argentina, and it’s quite a problem to get them. So it’s been very interesting for me to read about the way yoy use the sets. But I couldn’t understand how you manage to spend only 30′ after the workshops to sort them out again. Could you please explain…[Read more]

Serious Play Pro Forum 10 years, 11 months agoDear Manuel,
As you were trained by Robert, I am sure that you are currently respecting the principles, process and ethics of the method as much as anyone. When in doubt, stick to what you know.
Regarding improvisation, I fear that it would be quite risky to improvise a building task. I already find it difficult to explain a task, when it is in…[Read more]

Presumably, everyone on this site has joined because they have some interest in LEGO SERIOUS PLAY, which basically is a methodology that facilitates sustainable change/innovation.So you normally wouldn’t have anyone here that doesn’t…[Read more]

you’ll never know until you’ve tried it! Right? So are you trying to create a virtual LSP? I could see it with one-to-one but as the group gets bigger, it may become somewhat of challenge. I’d be willing to test it with you.
