Dear Christian
I calculate the time that 1 person requires, then multiply by the total at the table, so a 1 minute presentation, I would allow 12 minutes for this exercise session. As a result, with a room of 23 people, the time will have been reduced by 50%. With tables of 6 people, the time would then be 6 minutes.
Hope this helps, don not hesitate to contact again or look me up on LinkedIn ;)
Sincerely, from Montréal !

I have facilitated LSP sessions with 30 + people, on my own, dividing the group into tables that vary between 6 and 8.Additionally, I use hourglasses to time and make sure I manage time closely.
the introductory exercises are essential, then each team regroup and works together, and once they have defined their perspectives on the subject, I ask all the other teams to come and hear each of the perspectives.
Finally, I ask each team to choose their best of, and bring them on a big table where the whole group can intervene, discuss and conclude.
I would suggest 1+1/2 day if you really want good final results. At the end of 1 day, people are tired and it is more difficult to define “team wisdom, simple guiding principles and actions”. The morning after, minds are clear and ready to conclude better !
Good luck,

Depending on what it is they expect you achieve in such little time, price accordingly to what they will take out of the meeting. It’s the impact you are putting a value on, not just 1.5hr. Also, (for your calculation) do assess how much it pays per individual.

I guess having enough bricks is always the big question when planning activities.
I cannot forsee myself carrying 100 seperate Starter kit at an event, even with support of a helper, with the storage planning it all becomes very complicated. I will have to think of some condition to interest the client to invest and keep the kits after I guess. Average event around here usually is up to 40 or 50 max.

Would you mind specifying for me, if you have a room of 100 person, do you carry 100 Exploration kits or do you use 1kit per group of 4? Will you also use Starter kit. How many for 100 person please ? Your precision will be much appreciated, as I’m planning an up coming event that could have between 80 to 100 person.

I attended IntHRface.com classes in Billund last June, at the Lego Congress center and once I compared with other masterclasses, I realized how well done and complete is Micael Buckle training workshop. I flew from Montreal Canada to attend and get my LSP certification and it was worth the travel.

Good ideas also the ones suggested by Alejandro Cabral.
As professional advisor in innovation strategies, and now also certified LSP, I would recommend to focus on the customer’s profile, their needs and wants. From there, start rebuilding a vision to answer those needs that might have changed during the course of the past years and a vision for 2050 and last a vision for 2025 (action plan to get to 2050, by step)
I wish you good success,
Francine from Montréal, CanadaJune 23, 2019 at 12:21 am #13701Francine MassonParticipantHello Danny,
I’m Francine from Montréal, Canada.
The suggestions from some members of this forum helped me very much.I had success in a 45min demo workshop last May, where we found solutions for an SME presenting environmental challenges! Stressful but rewarding after all :)
I have also experienced with LSP at team building workshop with people from all different department. My suggestion is to try to get minimum 2hours (if not 3),
Exercises around empathy would be your best bet for fast results after your intro. First to warm up with few exercices, the duck of communication back to back exercice, per example, is a great eye opener.Your example getting the teams to build models that illustrate what each team thinks of the other teams is very good, also one that worked well for me, was drawing names of other team members and build the perception who the person is and what they do, without ever naming them.
Then each try to find out which model represent them.
I wish you luck !
