Troverei molto difficile una facilitazione da remoto. Le informazioni necessarie a gestire in modo adeguato il processo sono molte di più di quelle ottenibili da una telecamera. Ma soprattutto le sensazioni che la presenza mi fornisce non sono legate esclusivamente alla vista. C’è quindi una profondità diversa nella facilitazione dal vivo.

Troverei molti difficile una facilitazione da remoto. Le informazioni necessarie a gestire in modo adeguato il processo sono molte di più di quelle ottenibili da una telecamera. Ma soprattutto le sensazioni che la presenza mi fornisce non sono legate esclusivamente alla vista. C’è quindi una profondità diversa nella facilitazione dal vivo.

It works in a one-to-one via Skype or Lync, I have done a few but not too long because you cannot maintain the attention of the player directly, you rely on being inside a box :) It must be quick and high level, not too deep.
