    Hi Nikos,

You could check the inventory list of all sets at LEGO.COM (https://www.lego.com/en-us/service/replacementparts/sale?ignorereferer=true) At Buy Parts you can enter the setnumbers (2000414 and 2000430) and you get a view of all elements in the set, ready to order! I assume these are the lists of the most actual boxes. Hope this is…[Read more]

Hi Manon – See a case study of a very similar workshop (320 people – 1 hour) is here: http://www.meeting-facilitation.co.uk/conferences-and-events/index#imex-association-day

I ran this alone and it worked great. If you need any tips drop me a message – kindly Sean

    Hi Manon,

    a few suggestions:

    – work in really small groups, so you can move on – instead of waiting for several tables to finish their discussions

    – do not just set up a timeline, but use a visible timer as well – so people know when they should finish and you don’t have to scream to silence them

    – make the challenges really comprehensive and…[Read more]

    Hello everybody,

I would like to ask, if anybody knows where can I find the official inventory list of Starter Kit, Identity and Connections Kit.
I have seen the several posts in the forum, but I think that they are not updated and there are some differences in the actual boxes.

    Thank you in advance

    Hi Manon,

This is a great challenge, indeed!

I have been doing big groups workshops. My suggestions would be to focus just in two concepts:
    1) Warm-up for about 40 minutes.
    2) The topic you would like this group to discuss.
And instead of having strong facilitators collaboration (would be the best, but as you mention is a little expensive for…[Read more]

Hello! Has anyone experience with a short workshop, about an hour, for a large group (350 people)? – I intend to use the Window Exploration Bag and do some skillsbuilding. Let them talk about their model in groups (table) of about five or six people? To facilitate this process it’s to expensive to have 35 facilitators . Could it be fine if I hav…[Read more]

    Hi Luis,

I have been workshops with close to this numbers.
In my humble opinion, there is no chance to get deep in it, but for sure good instances of learning and group sharing.

I would start with a good amount of time for a warm-up, close to one hour. Then, getting two different concepts in an hour per concept exercise; probably based in what…[Read more]

Can I get some ideas and approach for this matter, regarding there´s 100 elements?

    Thank you in advance!

Ziplock bags and resealable bags have been my best asset for porting and sorting the Lego kits. I’ve converted my starter kit boxes to resealable bags, and this has meant that I can add Kit labels, team labels, session names and details. Same for my collection of LSP ducks, and the LSP window exploration kits – small ziplocks and a handful of…[Read more]

    Hi Elisabeth,

Actually we had the same issue but internally. As I introduced the methodology to our company Haufe we started out with a standard set. With more and more facilitators joining our internal LSP community we did the following set up of bricks as they need them for the workshops:

10 Starter Kits mixed together to form the basis for a…[Read more]

    Hello everybody,

We are a couple of facilitators in the same area with the same question : how can we best manage our kits of bricks? Indeed, we were wondering if there were some best practices that some of you could share in order to have enough kits available when we need them, without each of us investing in so many kits. Have some of you…[Read more]
