Today’s post is slightly off the beaten track of LEGO SERIOUS PLAY traditional methodology. When I talk with people about LEGO SERIOUS PLAY then they frequently say – “Oh, yes! Great stuff – we have done it and I loved it!” However, when I dig it in the detail then it turns out that what they did was not in fact a classical LEGO SERIOUS PLAY, but a LEAN management exercise using LEGO bricks. As we have had a couple of posts earlier in our community (see: Omar’s post about agile process here and Jason Little talking about making sense of lean process with LEGO SERIOUS PLAY) I thought of opening this tool more elaborately for your further comments. There is this lovely video below to describe this kind of activity pretty well.
