Hello, It is a pleasure to be “on board” with the Serious Play fan group. I would like to know more about the LSP methodology. I am based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where I started Uau! Branding (please go to http://www.uaubranding.com for more info), a holistic branding and service design company. Could you please

hi, As Frode, I am part of Trivium. My LSP history starts with joining Executive Discovery back in 2001. We managed and developed the method, and build the initial partner network. Lots for fun and hard work back then. When I left LEGO I was the global director for LSP. I kept in contact with

Hello, We have set up this website for anybody interested in adding LEGO SERIOUS PLAY methodology to their daily consulting, facilitating and teaching practice. There are some who are interested in strategy-making, some who are curious about methods for creative problem solving, the others who would aspire to forge closely knit working groups and are

Hello everybody, I am wondering if this year there will be a global LSP facilitator conference.
If not, maybe we can just take the initiatives to make localized events? -

http://www.gargoylesoftware.com/lsp/moose is a pretty easy build especially when you don’t have help.
I agree with all of Sabin’s points.Coach the observers that they are to make no sound or talk and as much as possible no movement.Alternatively coach them on being temporary facilitators so they can appear to have a purpose as long as they follow…[Read more]

Here are some thoughts, for what they’re worth:
This is a challenging situation. If you’re going to do shared model building, I would give the participants the task of creating models that represent a shared understanding of leadership and commitment. Provide scenarios in which the model building is the means by which they express the attributes…[Read more]

Hi,
I am about to conduct a workshop which is slightly different than what I am usually used to. I would like to hear your thoughts on it.1. Objective:
To identify some characteristics and traits of a group of high school students such as leadership and commitment. A group of experienced (not LSP trained) will observe the students during the…[Read more] -

Dear Massimo,
You have brought up a very good and much needed topic to discuss.
I have also done nearly 75 workshops here in Indonesia with several thousand participants overall (just counted) with both locals and multinationals, Government entities, staff level all the way up to Board of Directors and even Government Ministers.
At the intro…[Read more]

Very sensitive subject … I have conflicting feelings about this.
On one hand, after more than 100 workshops (we are 3 facilitators in DSM and we co-facilitate often to learn from each other and improve) we have become convinced that the “plain vainilla” script is the best you can do to achieve meaningful impact. The power of the method is the…[Read more] -

Well I believe if we can come up with an instant LSP format this would help to popularize the methodology.
On the other hand I introduced LSP as the To-Go Format for all Project Scoping workshops we conduct with our clients.
We use it as an initial kickoff to melt together the team as well as getting deep insights into the project landscape…[Read more] -
