Thanks for the feedback. The position I’m coming from is the use of the Tobii Pro 2 glasses during a small group workshop using the LSP Window Explorer pack. Of interest to me is the eyetrack on the model during conversation and explanations. Secondary interest is the build process – particularly for the metaphor section where people use on of…[Read more]

Hi Stephen,
As the LSP community is so vast now, I wouldn’t count out the possibility that studies might have been conducted in the area of eye-tracking during an LSP process, although I would think it is highly improbable.
Such research might influence how we present the methodology. Another aspect of participant behaviour that we “know”, while I…[Read more] -

Ollo comrades! Has anyone encountered academic or practitioner studies that have used eyetracking during the Lego Serious Play process? A conversation emerged with my eyetracking colleagues in our lab about using eye-tracking glasses during an LSP event, and I was curious as to the existence of prior experience in the area amongst our community?

This is what happens, when about 90 engaged and skilled Nordic leaders and employees from the Trial Monitoring Organization in Novartis Healthcare A/S works intensively with choosing the right bricks to build LEGO® figures using the LEGO® Serious Play® methodology. It was a pleasure for IntHRface to facilitate the creation of LEGO® models gen…[Read more]

Thanks Marko, appreciate your interest.
The LSP exercise was aimed at finding what really makes the team unique in terms of value proposition (as perceived by themselves; no users/customers of their services were involved in the exercise).
This exercise was informed by a range of outputs from other workshop activities that came before it (which…[Read more]

Thierry, thanks for sharing your experience. Very good story. It is very nice to know that not having been formally trained in LSP you managed to design and handle your workshop beautifully.
I added it on the community front blog page here so that it can be shared also via other channels:…[Read more]

My blog summarises the lessons and results. If you’re experienced with the…[Read more]

Hi Denise, Sorry for putting a “Y” in your name. I actually checked that it was “I”, but my fingers seem to have had a mind of their own :-)
Marc, David Oliver’s LinkedIn profile is https://www.linkedin.com/in/david-oliver-bb4343/. But as you now have the link with Denise, I think you’re in capable hands.
Best regards,
