Felicitations for the clear explanation of your experience with this lsp workshop. I agree that questions and a good timing are key for succesful workshops. Success for the coming ones.

When you just use the Value Proposition Canvas and make people build WHAT they solve (or what needs they fulfill) for WHO, then you have plenty time.

Cool addition Sebastian. I could even imagine people to continue building on a model someone else started, or improving and extending a shared model the people on the table built at first instance.

    Hi Greet,

Like Wiro said. It is very well possible to work in smaller groups and focus on your role as facilitator. The thing is that you probably want to make sure that they can work on their own. Therefore, make sure that they do enough skills building. And make sure they ‘stick’ to the proces so that everyone gets the change to tell the whole…[Read more]

Just to go short: you could work in two to four smaller groups and try to focus on your role as a facilitator solely. That would mean you won’t be able to listen to every story being told, nor that you can intervene immediately. If that’s not what you want: arrange an extra facilitator. I wouldn’t try to put 19 people together on one table, if I…[Read more]

    Hello,

It is important to have an issue / key question around which you will built your questions.
Starting from questions around the actual situation of the team and then progressively having questions which let you go to the answer of the key question / issue of the workshop.

Without a central theme, it is difficult. Or you have an…[Read more]

Until now I’ve always been surprised by the metaphors people come up with while using DUPLO. Therefor I sometimes extent the kit I use with a LEGO Education set of DUPLO ‘Community People’: http://www.amazon.com/LEGO-Education-Community-People-4591516/dp/B0085Y3K6Y

    Hi all,

I was wondering whether there are any examples or case studies where LSP was used for long-term change management initiatives involving teams at different locations, growing and evolving teams, implementing new processes and tools.

    Thanks,

Make them build individual models on who they are, what’s their excellence, biggest challenge, key-learning point or purpose for joining this program. Or all of it. Afterwards you can let them make connections –

The short answer would be that the sets are costly but not expensive. The kits, in particular, the connections kit contain a lot of special elements that are expensive to produce. Historically, LEGO has kept the same margin on the LSP products as on any. In periods it has even been lower, but I believe that it has been adjust to…[Read more]

Your questions can be answered from several perspectives: 1) From LEGO trademarks and 2) From the Assocation of Master Trainers

I will try to the real broad outline, and then would be more than happy to speak on the phone
