What features of the current process are you invested in? What makes xyz valueable to YOU?
What casualties of changing the current process may manifest if an unexpected…[Read more]

Hola Andrés.
Yo tampoco conozco material disponible en español. Seguro que en la certificación que vas a realizar ya te aportarán el manual. Yo me certifiqué con Lucio Margulis y así fue. Un abrazo. -

Jeff Tagle replied to the topic competency assessment using LSP in the forum Serious Play Pro Forum 5 years, 9 months ago
I’m assuming you already have behavioral indicators set for the competencies you want to measure. given that there is no “wrong answer” in LSP, the best LSP can do here is to try and elicit these behaviors in a group setting. From there, an independent observer/rater should be able to assess the level of the competency being measured. So LSP usage…[Read more]

Like @denisemeyerson Thank you Johan, this is a super read and has helped me understand so much more about the brilliant method you and Prof Bart created. As one of the many professional facilitators who use the method, my clients and workshop participants are grateful to have their stories heard. I believe it was Einstein who said “If At First t…[Read more]

Happy year and thank you very much for your always fast and good response Eli.
My main activity is the workshops and then complement them with coaching processes.
The question was asked because I have seen that other people who have been certified after I are basing their business in forming other coaches and psychologists in LSP and did not know…[Read more] -

Happy Christmas and New year to everyone.
It is permissible for us, being certified facilitators, to train other people (such as psychologists or coaches) to use the methodology for their sessions?
Does the open source enable that possibility?
Thank you.

irene replied to the topic Non-certified facilitators in the forum Serious Play Pro Forum 6 years, 7 months ago
It is true, in the end the certification is not indicative of quality either. The important thing is the experience: the amount of workshops given, the shared skills, the successes and the failures obtained. Everything adds up and together we make it more powerful.
Honestly my concern came from a workshop that I have seen announced by a person…[Read more]
