    Hi Idan,

In my experience the amount of activities you wish to implement are rather ambitious for 23 people in 2.5 hours. The questons are interesting enough though.

    Hi Idan,
In my humildy opinion, warm up exercises are crucial for skill development.
In my cases, i take a full hour just to warm up.
I’m not in favor of all the exercises you would like to do in 2.5 hours. I wouldn’t do in that fashion.
What about less topics to include?
    Have fun,
    Rodrigo

Hello, my name is idan and in the last few monthes I have been conducting lsp workshops in Israel, after finishing the 4 day training in london. My next workshop is a bit tricky and would love some proffesional input. One drive i have found effective is to take an assorted handful of black bricks and green bricks. Dividing the small audience of 3-8 into teams. In 3 minutes, black team builds a wall 3 bricks high across the table before the grren team can assemble 3 green towers.

    Its fun fast and engaging.
I just discovered the Lego Serious Play method, ordered…[Read more]

    Hello everyone,

Does any one have short and punchy exercices beside the duck and the bridge to recommend to be used during sales meetings (with HR / manager) or conference followed by networking opportunitie to give them the opportunity to experiment LSP within a few minutes.

I would like to get the wow effect to “embark” them. I too often get…[Read more]

    Hi Ariel,

Have you seen this: http://seriousplaypro.com/2015/09/04/lego-case-study-user-experience-design/. I’ve also got a document titled “User requirements with LEGO”. Might not be exactly what you look for, but may give inspiration. I used it to create a workshop aimed at IT and business to create their vision on an ideal workplace.

Hi… I’m currently exploring using LSP for interview management trainee. I saw there is an earlier post sharing re LSP for interview. Just wondering has any other use it also? Can it be done in just 20 mins? Normally what type of questions would you ask them to build? Thanks in advance for sharing!

    Hey Rick,

For storage my advice would be to take boxes with clips on the side so the lids won’t come off while shaking the bags with boxes around. Or just dropping one by accident.

One thing to keep in mind while assembling the sets from the LEGO is that ideally the starting conditions for each participant at the table should be the same. This…[Read more]

    2 hats
    about 50 random lego blocks
    few duplo blocks
    2 longer connecting elements.
some more technical elements (from cranes etc)
