Hi Manuel
I think you got in hands a huge opportunity to design, prototype and test new tools and workshops.
Also think that the basic question is “whats the goal or the objective this client want to achieve?”, this is a key factor and i think that you could probably run a LSP standard workshop qith your client to build and validate agreements…[Read more]

Hey there,
I have been asked to create a concept for a potential client.
Every year they host an internal strategy conference of 2 days with approx. 150 attendees from their global organization. This year they want to use Day2 for several parallel Problem Solving Workshops using the LSP method.

Hi Kim,
You are welcome. :)
In my experience, I find that build instructions for the participants are not needed, although it is a good idea as a facilitator to know what is possible. As I noted above, most of the Starter Kit exercises translate well enough to the smaller Exploration Kits. Unlike the Starter Kit though, I have found it useful to…[Read more]

Andrew, just came across your post. Truly appreciate your help and build instructions. I’ve just moved from using the LSP starter kits to the Exploration bags and want to create a rich experience using minimal pieces. This is a great start!

Andy, my group was 10 people. I think that’s about an ideal size and if you have more, I’d split them into groups so that you don’t have to wait too long to hear all the stories.

Thanks for sharing Mark. This sounds like a fun and simple exercise. May I know what was the size of your group and if there is an ideal size? What inspired your friend to use pebbles for discussion?

May be available through https://education.lego.com/en-us or maybe those particular ones are out of print? There are a number of other guides and lesson plans available, but I did not find anything that looked like 1:38 in the video.

Do you have a link to the YouTube video? If it is the open source/public domain LSP material, there are several places to get it, including here at Serious PLay Pro’s dropbox: https://www.dropbox.com/s/8n2drwvqq5tzqdl/LSP_Open_Source.pdf?dl=0
