Like our friends in Caprese, we (Trivium) have also developed extensive experience in developing roadmaps in general, and in working with change management in particular. Would be delighted, I belief Robert is running the training in Boston, would be happy to tell about it. Robert and I follow same roadmap and have co-written the manual you use. Shall we exchange mails or find time for a conversation on skype?
