As Oxand Academy Director, I am already heavily involved in the introduction, design and facilitation of game based learning for our clients.
As I am convinced about the added value of ‘play’ as part of personal and organisational development and improvement, and during my entire life I’ve been a big LEGO fan, I want to be part of and help develop the LEGO serious play community.
