Karen,
What kind of case studies are you thinking about? In relation to direct client engagements (ie using LSP to solve a client problem) or in relation to the training of facilitators? I suspect it is the first one -

So far little, but it is early days. I think that only a few consultancies outside the community have realised that it has happened, and for the clients at this stage it matters little. The element of “premium” or “exclusivity” is still there.

When LEGO informed the former licensed partners about their plans to “go open source” with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY™ methodology – most of us did not have a faintest idea what this would mean to our activities. Obviously – setting up from scratch a new community to deal with training activities of the future facilitators, building

Hi Sébastien
To my knowledge no-one offers this as on-line training. The whole method is very hands on, in a literal sense, so it seems natural to do the training on-site rather than on-line
One option that you could explore is to gather a group (up to 10 people) and then explore having a training done in South America (in the country your own…[Read more] -

A kind reminder was sent to our community by Helle Borup Friberg, Head of LEGO Education Operations & Development. With the open source model the guidelines have changed on how trained LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitators can market their services. So in order to ensure compliance with LEGO protected trademarks we have added a new section to

Hi, also read Browns book a few months back, and fully agree with you. It is an easy and compelling read. One his points that really resonates with the LSP approach is that we use play as a way of preparing ourselves for the future. I tweeted these quotes from the book: “Play is like

A few months ago when I was doing my preparations for TEDxTartu talk about play@work I started reviewing popular sources for materials that cover connections between playfulness and work. I found out vast literature. In two extremes mostly – either related to developmental psychology or about (what Plato calls) “frivolous play”: play as a pastime. However,

Hi Karen, Thank you for your inquiry and sorry for the long silence coming back to you. During past couple of weeks our community has become more active and several certified trainers have posted information about their upcoming training events. Look at the events page – http://seriousplaypro.com/events/ It might be also a good idea to

Hi
I can indeed help you. In the autumn there are a couple of programs being offered, I belief they are all mentioned here on seriousplaypro.
Personally, I doing a program in Copenhagen in Denmark (in English) in September and one in southern Germany in August, and possible one later in the year somewhere in Europe. I follow a four day program,…[Read more] -

Hi,
Just want to echo Marko’s point, and also applaude you on a nice website.
In terms of facilitators there is also on in Peru, his names eludes me right now, but I am certain that I could be found. I have only good things about him, however, Lucio is in Argentina is absolutely also a great guy -

hi Marine
Another thing you may want to consider, further to what Marko raises, is to follow one of the programs that are being offered. As I recall, there are at least three different ones in the near’ish future
Whether it makes sense then clearly comes back to some of the issues Marko raises, the nature of the workshops, etc etc
