    Hi there,

Finally my first 2 day RTS Workshop is at hand.

I have been asked by two process consultants to conduct a strategy LSP Workshop for their client.
The client is a 100 employee big family owned business in the automotive industry. There are 4 brothers who hold a share of 25% each and they have very differing views on the company and…[Read more]

One other thing to keep your sets organized would be to borrow them. There is one service in Berlin which lends the Kits presorted and you only have to send them back afterwards! This may help especially if you are going abroad and need your sets with you.

    The fees are quite reasonable.

What I did was using the Architecture Set for Service Desing.

Actually I build the environment for e.g. a service desk or a Point of Sale using the monochromatic bricks of the Architecture Studio Set. Then I put in the minifigures and certain intraction points in colored bricks.

With this set up it is easy to point to human/ customer…[Read more]

    Hi Jan,

I understand your issues with sorting the bricks and I have spend a lot of time figuring out what works for me.

As I do not think that it is a good way to buy new sets all the time for the clients either on the environmental perspective or on the practical perspective (what is the client doing with a lot of lego bricks without a…[Read more]

    Thanks for your points Eli,

Well I am definitely a Stick-to-the-Plan guy if it comes to workshops. The power lies in framing the different challenges with the ultimate goal of the workshop in mind.

The suggestions in using flipcharts or stickies is well suitable. And I do not want to compromise the method in any way.

    However workshop reality…[Read more]

    Hi everyone!

I facilitated a strategy workshop using LSP yesterday and it was a great success! However I found myself in a situation were I could or should have deviated from the plan but I didn’t. I trusted in te process I developed and it worked out great!

But it got me thinking about how flexible LSP is!
The power of the method also lies in…[Read more]
