  • Troverei molto difficile una facilitazione da remoto. Le informazioni necessarie a gestire in modo adeguato il processo sono molte di più di quelle ottenibili da una telecamera. Ma soprattutto le sensazioni che la presenza mi fornisce non sono legate esclusivamente alla vista. C’è quindi una profondità diversa nella facilitazione dal vivo.
