    Hi Per

Thanks for your reply. It could work for me if it was ending before the 23 of june. Eventually what would be the cost of this workshop and I would also need a description of it’s content for my university.

    Thanks

    Ernest

hi Carlos As I (we) dont have a space of our own, our situation is a little different. However, yes the materials are a separate line in the proposal. On occasions I leave up to the client to decide afterwards if they want to purchase the model/bricks. I always ask the client to buy some

hi Carlos Great to hear that you are considering using LSP, and a good + important question you are raising. I would venture that there are several answers: 1. There is always a particular strength when the client keeps the bricks, but if you are running a learning space to which they are coming for

hi Luis Welcome The open source is good place to start, as is the “official” seriousplay.com web, but you probably have already had a good look at that. You might also look for some of the old papers from the Imagination Lab. These are academic papers based on data gathered through LEGO SERIOUS PLAY workshops.

Hi Marko, virtually all of the training (although not LSP) that I run is in developing countries and emerging markets and I use translators to do simultaneous translation. Here are some tips that have worked for me: – make a glossary of terminology (e.g. metaphor, models, landscape) and discuss this in advance, 1:1, so that

hi Marko I have done it once (in Poland). It broke the flow a little bit, but not much, expect it to take a little longer but not much (if the translator is good). I becomes even more important that the storyteller points to his/her model in the storytelling. Happy to expand on this in

Hello, Just found out that I will have to design a 3-day training / facilitation session to 20 individuals in Pristina, Kosovo. However some of the participants are not able to communicate in English at all. Hence I need to organize interpreter who would translate English-Albanian-English throughout the project. Hi Brian, I have a friend and ex-colleague, François Bachmann, who is a Scrum master, was always interested in LSP, but never made the link that you have seen between the Agile approach and LSP. The firm we used to work for wasquite traditional. He left because they would not support Agile methods at a

It is great to see the smiling faces of people I have known only by name! I connected with Robert Rasmussen and LEGO SERIOUS PLAY in June 2003 and we have been collaborating ever since. Hi Brian,

Welcome on board! It appears that as there are no replies to your request then not many members of the seriousplaypro.com community have been involved in Agile community. However, thank you for sharing the link – you seem to have an active community with lots of interesting happening.

Hi Pete, I’m not sure what my friends in Trivium think about this, but my gut feeling is that half a day is short if you want to give a good impression and actually achieve something. Our experience is that this is the minimum time needed to achieve something concrete and of value, and that

I would imagine Denise’s suggestions already sound like more than half a day! Have you considered referring to the Kübler-Ross model or John Fisher’s process of personal change (or any of the many others)? Is your întended audience the change managers/agents or the employees of the two firms? One question you could ask is why
