By focussing on the individual, you will be missing out on a lot of the power that LSP can deliver.
You might want to discuss with your client a slightly different approach.

hi,
quick note on this, a new product will be put into production soon. LEGO has gone through some organisational changes, and this seems to have delayed the decision. To a degree, I think there was some doubt as to who should push the button. However, they are now moving forward. Will post when I know more about when the product will be ready
