Yes you are right. Bad execution has an impact on us all. That said, the accreditation does not guarantee good execution. As Rodrigo says, it comes from learning, sharing, failing, improving, experience etc.

The smaller the groups, the smaller the time each group needs to share their stories, the smaller the differences…
Or otherwise: show a large timer, appoint a time keeper, or use a 1, 2 or 3 minute hourglass – that runs while someone is explaining his/her model.

a few suggestions:
– work in really small groups, so you can move on – instead of waiting for several tables to finish their discussions
– do not just set up a timeline, but use a visible timer as well – so people know when they should finish and you don’t have to scream to silence them
