    Participant

hi, I am wondering if any of us has some guidance or principles to follow if you have to be both a participant and a facilitator at the same time? Are there any documented things to avoid if one has to do this? Is it of any value? Can we suppress the behaviours of a facilitator or participant enough to be of true value to the outcome? I am thinking particularly for a team identity workshop? (My preference is to have a separate facilitator and let myself be a participant but I need evidence to support so that budget be released to pay for an additional facilitator to let my workshop happen. Thanks in advance.
