    Hello
Will facilitate the process of selection of trainees for a company here in Brazil.

We will use some interactions with Legos to extract information about professional and personal skills.

Necessary to suggest new activities, they will be several days of facilitation.

Are three groups of 6 people per meeting.

    Each facilitating lasts 4 hours.

    Structured already:
    – Construction of bridge
    – Construction of the tower
    – Go Karts.
For candidates to learn to handle parts of lego.
    Also need more warm-up activities.

    To the metaphors I prepared:

    – Manager of Hell. Construction and questions about how they would behave in front of a manager from hell, and what they must do to avoid becoming manager of this hell.

    – Ideal candidate. Building the ideal candidate for this opportunity.

    – Ideal candidate collective. Construction of the ideal candidate the group with only three attributes. 6 people are like, let’s analyze their skills to negotiate, work under pressure and teamwork.

    – Construction of the scenario of the Brazilian economy in the group. Both threats and opportunities for 2015, and how the company should be positioned XXX.

I would like to go on record here, it may be useful to you, and also ask for suggestions from fast to be placed on the process activities. Activities where we can display behavioral, emotional and thought trough the construction of metaphors with legos aspects.

    Gustavo,

Lego Serious Play is not a classic tool for personnel selection, but it certainly can help you to open people up during interview process. If you haven’t done so already then I suggest you to review the relevant case study of Omar Bermudez regarding the similar topic that he posted a year ago: http://seriousplaypro.com/2013/08/26/lego-serious-play-at-a-job-interview/

Perhaps there are some useful ideas from his experience that you can contemplate?

Good luck with your interviews – hope the other community members will add

    Marko
