I’m a cheerleader, coach and facilitator who focuses on the hearts and spirits of IT professionals and teams in the financial services industry. Through focusing on strengths, play and abundance mindsets, I enable people to spot and accentuate what they love about themselves and each other, giving them the tools and energy to flourish in the workplace and beyond.
