Sameer is a multi-faceted individual with over a decade of experience in Training, Sales, Client Relationship, and Business. He has extensive experience in developing customized training workshops based on needs and profile of the audience. He has imparted learning to 15,000+ individuals through 6000+ facilitation hours across geographies & hierarchy levels.

He is a Certified Facilitator in LEGO® Serious Play® Methods and Materials and a NLP Practitioner. He pursued his Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from Mumbai University & Masters in Business Administration from Melbourne, Australia. He is a cofounder & director of Mobius Space Consulting Private Limited, a training & consultancy company which specializes in Design Thinking & Business Strategy.

He is passionate about helping people think beyond the obvious and reimagine existing situations. At Mobius, he is constantly in hunt of opportunities to work with individuals, groups, institutions and organisations in the fields of innovation, creativity, leadership & strategy. 

Besides, he has a vast experience of leading a salesforce & training seasoned educators during his employment with an educational services company. He loves teaching management students Organizational Strategy & Advanced Operations Management and is a firm believer of activity based facilitation over teaching & instruction. His diverse international business experience in countries like Australia, France, Hong Kong, Canada, China & Middle East helps him share inspirational best practices in his programs.
