Who are you and why do you want to become a member of SeriousPlayPro community?

My wife and I run a Christian Non-Profit organization in Ecuador. A large part of what we do is run a camp / conference / retreat center. We constantly work with groups of various types and sizes. I am facilitator of several different tools (i.e. DISC, CSA, etc..) and am always interested in learning more about tools that would be useful in improving teams.
