- Who are you and why do you want to become a member of SeriousPlayPro community?
I am a practical, energetic, reliable, structured, and team building project manager with dedication, personal drive, and commitment. I have managed large, complex, cross functional, international projects as well as smaller projects in an outsourced environment both in a vendor and client position. I run the Lego Serious Play department inProgressLEAD delivering Sessions to our clientbase continously.
With a background as a developer and within IT Product management I have a deep understanding of the entire product lifecycle as well as the processes that govern it.
Specialties: Project and activity management mainly within E-commerce, Business Intelligence, IT Product Lifecycle Management, Enterprise Content Management and Longterm preservation, and Configuration Management strategies.
Since some years back I run the department within ProgressLEAD working with the LEGO Serious Play method as Practice Lead.
