Hey guys,
I am currently planning a LSP Kickoff Workshop for ZEISS as part of a bigger project. Has anybody here done a LSP Workshop for them in some Business Areas? Just need to know in order to help them getting into the method.

On the other hand I introduced LSP as the To-Go Format for all Project Scoping workshops we conduct with our clients.
