Kim Pong absolutely loves getting people to realize that the very best of who they are is the source of the very best that they can be. He is the founder of StrengthsAsia and he wants to create a movement in Asia for people to do what they love and do what they do best everyday with their strengths through StrengthsFinder. He is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach who fell in love with Lego Serious Play.
