- Who are you and why do you want to become a member of SeriousPlayPro community?
Jess is a change specialist with a rep spanning 15 years.
As an experienced leader and coach, he has worked across a number of sectors including government, higher education, banking, super, insurance, wealth management, aged care, none for profit, property, tourism, agriculture, utilities and consulting both in Australia and overseas.
Jess is a big picture person, full of creative ideas, which is where he thrives. Coming originally from a financial and banking background, Jess has worked for some key players across the globe. He found his niche in change when returning from the UK and is known for his innovative change and engagement practices.
Jess often connects and networks with other change and engagement professionals in Adelaide and interstate in Australia, but is always happy to connect remotely for global engagements.
During the week you will find Jess around the Adelaide (helping clients with all things change, aka the day job) and is alway up for a chat and a coffee to discuss and share thoughts, ideas, frustrations or opportunities.
On the weekend Jess really enjoys music, food, craft beers, riding the bike and hangin’ with his dogs, the wife and daughter.
