Jamie Hutchins

I certified in LSP under Robert Rasmussen in January 2018. I have a background in psychology, 18+ years of management and change management experience and am currently running my own consultancy and facilitation business, Collab Practices.

I provide consulting and facilitation services to organisations looking to make change in order to tackle complexity and uncertainty. I am a certified Collaboration Leader using ISO 44001 and member of the Institute of Collaborative Working (MICW).

With 18 years of Academic Publishing experience at Leadership and Senior Management level, I have led teams of 160+ people, across multiple disciplines (including editorial, production, sales and marketing), multiple cultures and regions (Europe, North America and Asia) and worked in partnership many organisations.

I am excited to join the Serious Play Pro community and looking to develop contacts and partnerships to expand my network and experience.
