I did it and it was a great human experience. You need to adapt the timing and material. I used standard packs at the beginning and you should leave to the blind participants enough time to memorise the content of the pack (they will probably sort all bricks)

I am currently working on a programm to coach and develop start up companies with a regional business accelerator.
Does anyone have any experience with coaching and development of start up with LSP other than business modeling? I am interested in exchanging information and tips on this matter.

We are facilitating several LSP workshops with the same group of participants. I would like to introduce each new day with a warm up exercise in order to bring back my participants to LSP without jumping directly to the professionnal topic of the day. A sort of short “skill building” session (10 to 15mn)
