Based out of Montreal in Canada, I’m a strategy consultant that always strives to better serve my clients.
I specialize in the development of strategic studies on behalf of economic development organizations, private and public institutions and venture capital. Moreover, I advise, accompany and support innovative companies with their strategic initiatives in any stage of their development.
While in the process of serving my clients, I am most often engaged in facilitating workshops… thus my interest in LSP. My goal is to implement LSP in the key decision making process of the organizations I serve.
