I am a certified Trauma Recovery Coach Supervisor and former therapist. I currently am CEO of Solve The Conflict the rebrand of It Always Takes A Village, LLC where as a Leader, Entrepreneur and Organization Development Specialist, I utilize Internal Family Systems and Lego Serious Play (completing my certification with Play4Business and Yay4Play Team). I also utilize Lego Serious Play with my conflict resolution trainings, team building activities and within the leadership development arena.
