I’m determined trying to find “close to…[Read more]

Hi there! Recently I had a chance to facilitate team of 15 members to create common vision and mission. There comes the challenge: table of 15 is quite hard to facilitate (lenght of sharing part, discussion moderation is challenging to keep high energy and interest level). On the other hand dividing team into smaller groups seemed to me not…[Read more]

The booklet I have up at the moment is a single page (double side), Canadian Letter sized piece that goes in with the kits. Affectionately, it’s in the Table for Six format (two teams, A and B, participants 1 to 6). Files are available from my site

Ziplock bags and resealable bags have been my best asset for porting and sorting the Lego kits. I’ve converted my starter kit boxes to resealable bags, and this has meant that I can add Kit labels, team labels, session names and details. Same for my collection of LSP ducks, and the LSP window exploration kits – small ziplocks and a handful of…[Read more]

I have applied in a couple strategy workshops BMI’s Business Model Pattern Cards, based on Gassmann’s, Frankenberger’s and Csik’s Business Model Navigation theory create a useful combination for informed strategy discussions.
