Ayman Mahana is a Certified Facilitator of the LEGO Serious Play Method and Materials. He got his Certification from SERIOUSWORK, a UK based company, specialized in the LEGO Serious Play certification.
Ayman is also a member of the International Association of Facilitators, the largest organization for professional facilitators in the world.
In addition, Ayman is a Certified MBTI Practitioner from The MyresBriggs, Company, USA. MBTI is by the far the most used personality type assessment in the world.
Prior to taking facilitation as his new passion, Ayman spent more than 25 years in the consulting and HR world, holding senior HR positions for some of the biggest organizations in the world, including Barclays Bank, BNP Paribas, and HSBC.
Ayman holds an MBA degree, from Georgia State University in the USA.
