Frequently, start-ups have a product and haven’t yet grown up the organisational structure around them.
I would imagine that some standard Identity and Strategy work would be worthwhile in such situations.

Well confidentiality is an issue somehow which I can totally in understand.

Serious Play Pro Forum 10 years, 6 months agoOk, as there are no replies within a few weeks I could assume that nobody is interested in a shared lsp facilitation knowledge platform.
Or was everybody to busy doing workshops?
I’d like to hype this once more as I believe that such a platform would be a huge enhancement to our collaboration and preparation processes.
