Hello everyone,
I’m a new facilitator of LSP method and I’m looking for ways to promote this excellent method to HR people and Managers. I’m planning to organize and run some LSP workshops for this target group in order to give them the opportunity to feel and learn the capabilities of this method for their business
Do you have any ideas of how should the flow of this workshop should be?
I’m sure that it should contain a brief introduction for the method and a 40-60minute Skills Building. After this part of the workshop, what should I plan for?
What ideas do you have?
