I watched the recently launched LEGO movie and was inspired by the team approach .I work for a specialist bank in South Africa .At present we are are transistioning and adopting an agile approach to project delivery ….While watching the movie , I was inspired to use the message in the movie to promote effective cross team collaboration and starting looking at how to bridge this message effectively ….As a leader this is such a brilliant ,innovative and excitinh way to drive change within team .

So I would love to be part of this community and am hoping you guys can guide me .At the time of writing this message ,I am in parallel making enquiries on purchasing the serios pay kit ….:-)
