Xavier is an activator of progress

Expert in Lean Leadership, particularly in changing managerial attitudes linked to the Lean philosophy, his practical skills range from Lean Manufacturing to Lean Office and Lean Engineering. Facilitation of training courses and seminars in workshops, in the offices, but also for steering committee with strategy deployment (Hoshin Kanri). Xavier can assist his clients in French or English.

Xavier holds an engineering degree in mechanical engineering oriented in quality and industrial reliability from UTC (Compiègne). He has followed numerous training courses for trainers, interpersonal relations, 6 sigma,… He is close to the French Lean Institue and attends conferences, Summit, masterclass, academy, in order to constantly deepen his Lean culture. Xavier is a certified facilitator in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology and in practising Gordon Thomas’s effectiveness communication.
