Great Idea Sean! I did something similar here in Madrid although I widened the net a little to deal with “Serious Play” in the broader sense and we already have two under our belt and they have been great sessions

Like Wiro said. It is very well possible to work in smaller groups and focus on your role as facilitator. The thing is that you probably want to make sure that they can work on their own. Here`s a brief outline for a demo I have done a few times which works (at least for me):
1) One 2×1 red transparent
2) Two 1×4 any color but same as 3)
3) One 2×4 any color
