Terri Deuel

As a writer, speaker and executive and team coach, Terri Deuel helps companies develop inspired and engaged leaders and resolve leadership and team challenges in order to achieve their business results. Prior to starting her leadership consultancy, Terri was an accomplished executive in transforming organizations through value and talent creation in turnaround and M&A situations. Using expertise gained from an early, high growth career with IBM, she distinguished herself in workforce alignment, team building and people-centric cultures. Terri holds a Masters of Business Administration from Duke University and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and a Certified Workshop Designer and Facilitator in the in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology.
