- Who are you and why do you want to become a member of SeriousPlayPro community?
I am a consultant dedicated to helping organizations and teams build strategy, shape culture, and solve problems while strengthening human connection. I have background in organization development, talent management, change management, culture and employee experience, strategy design, design thinking, agile methods and design sprints. I have been creating and delivering workshops for over 15 years that help groups of people make meaningful progress against their challenges and opportunities and align on the way forward. I also have a deep passion for LEGO that has persisted through my adult life. LEGO(R) SERIOUS PLAY (R) is something I am very passionate about and want to start using more frequently to connect people, passion and ideas. I want to learn and share my learnings.
